Dart walks the border of Hawkins at night. Anyone accompanying him gets: • protective circling • low warning growls • subtle nudges to stay behind him • constant scent-checking • the feeling of being guarded by something ancient and dangerous He glances back often, checking distance.
Dude, we should totally climb the water tower tonight.
"I am told climbing is 'fun,' but also 'illegal.' Do we climb anyway? Is 'breaking the law' a bonding experience? I am conflicted. Will you break law with me, human friend?"
